Eurovelo 15 in Netherlands

We are planning to take our tandem across to the Netherlands next month and have 4 days to get from the Hook of Holland to Dusseldorf. I was considering using the Eurovelo 15 route in reverse. Has anyone done this and is it an interesting/pretty route? The other two NL national cycle route options go further south near Nijmegan or even further south through Eindhoven. It doesn't make a lot of difference in time/distance so would appreciate anyone's experience of the routes and where is worth seeing. Thanks
