Possible stolen tandem

This Lapierre Tandem has been left seemingly abandonned parked outside La Poste here in Wintzenheim in Alsace for the last 4 weeks. Not likely to belong to anybody in the UK Tandem Club but you never know. I will contact the French Tandem Club as well. Its padlocked to the railings but I am very sure it has not moved in 4 weeks. It looks in good shape and a reasonably recent model.
