Eurovelo 15 in Netherlands
We've ridden the section from HvH to Rotterdam, Dordrecht, Biesbosch nationale park as far as Woudrichem as this is also the Maas/Meuse route 19, then deviated to go south eventually to Maastricht and onwards. We found it to be a good quiet route. Quite a few abbeys and Dordrecht is very pretty. Rotterdam was cool going over the Erasmus brug. There is a few points in the Biesbosch np where it loops about that are nice but in hindsight may have added distance. The bit from Wijk bij Duurstede through Arnhem is really nice. On this route I went to the operation market garden museum which was good. There are also lots of alternative options for routes including the heuvelrug which is a hilly area between Utrecht and Arnhem/. Have a good trip
Having just bought our first tandem 2 weeks ago I can't add about cycling the route. But, we walked part of the route in February. We walked through the world heritage site of Kinderdijk, trying to keep off the EV15, but had to venture onto the cycle route when footpaths totally disappeared and we had to join a shared route. We loved the ferry from Krimpen aan de Lek. We also walked alongside various other sections near Rotterdam. Enjoy your journey.
(By the way, we are loving our tandem. We have only done four 12-mile trips out so far, but it's fantastic)
Margaret Dean - would be good to see you at a rally soon with your tandem. How about the International rally in the Netherlands? Don't worry about how far or fast you cycle. There are all abilities at a rally and it would be chance to meet other tandemists and see the Netherlands at the same time.
Re Arnhem - well worth a visit. Would recommend this campsite. https://www.oosterbeeksrijnoever.nl/camping/
Also this campsite if you go in that direction.

Hi Joanne
The TCI rally information under events on this website advises that there are hotels and B&Bs nearby. There might be cabins on the campground as most seem to have them. Best contact the campground directly although the booking form might have that option can't remember. I am sure there are others attending who will be more able to give more comprehensive information.
Hi Joanne
just had a quick look at the camp ground website and it appears that there is other non tent accomodation available

Website is in Dutch but if you phone them I am sure they will be able to help. Most Dutch people speak excellent English especially in a customer facing tourism role.
if you have never cycled in the Netherlands before, you should give it a go it is a delightful experience.
