Identify this Tandem? Chater Lea *LINK* *PIC*

Hi Folks
Hi everybody trying to identify this tandem. came with Chater lea drop-outs headset and bottom brackets.
Serial number was D617 on the seatpost. Brooks saddles previously on the bikes were 1940s logo Williams C1000

Any help?
