Ride Ashbourne - Hartington. Starting from: Ashbourne Leisure Centre, at 1000, 31 miles, Average
First 2025 ride for the Derby/Sheffield Group . Meet Ashbourne Leisure Centre Car Park for 1000 start. Route will be up through the railway tunnel, then back roads up and over to Waterhouses, gentle run along the Manifold trail to Hulme End, roads to Hartington (cake stop after 18 miles) then up to join the Tissington Trail to run back down to Ashbourne.

Ride Derby to Melbourne. Starting from: Derby - Pride Park tbc, at 1000 , Easy
We are planning this Saturday for the second ride of the season. From Pride Park (or maybe the nearby Alvaston Park where parking is free) taking the river towpath and/or old canal out towards Melbourne with a refreshment stop at Melbourne tea rooms. Further details to follow

Ride Sheffield area? tbc. Starting from: tbc, at 1000 tbc, Average
The Bakewell ride originally planned for 15 May has been postponed to June. But Jane & I would still like to use the day for a ride - maybe in the Sheffield/Penistone areas so as to give Yorkshire a chance to feature. If anybody would care to suggest a route that would be most welcome, otherwise we will work something out.
