Nocturia is the need to get up in the night and use the bathroom. Here are tips to help

Carry a purpose built bottle. Great if you have the room

Balloon version of a bidon

To Save space there is a balloon version, I used to use with a spinal patient, packs into a little cylinder bit tricky to use twice though,or an incontinence night bag with a no regurn valve, that would fold up, or a waterproof port in the tent wall

Cooking/Trangia Pan

I use my spare Trangia pan

KkaFFe Adjustable Emergency Urinal

This is great for us ladies , I just tip it on the grass and spray with sanitizer. Job done

Liberpee for women

Microwave Soup Mug

When in a tent I will carry a microwave soup mug for any wee occasions. The advantages are a wide neck, handle and spill-proof lid and relatively easy to carry.

Nalgene 1.5L Flexible Water Canteen

It folds down a lot smaller when empty. Just make sure you don't use it to hold drinking water afterwards

Pee Conch

Try a 'Pee Conch' a lot wider and it's fool proof. I struggle with the smaller sheewee style products, but this pee conch is ideal.

Urine incontinence bag

I used a 500ml plastic scrumpy bottle for years (still got it) but bought a bag which I’ve not used yet.

Water Bottle

I use (1-2 per night ) my bottle that doubles to carry some tools while riding.

Zip Lock Bag

1 litre stand up zip-lock freezer/cook bags. Cheap, very lightweight and do the job well. The ultimate minimalists piss-pot!
