Atera Tandem Rack

Hello

I have an Atera tandem rack but the pneumatic unit has seized in the closed position. Does anybody know where I can get a new unit fitted? Thanks.

do you have a photo of the unit . There is a company called industrial gas springs that will be able to supply you with a compatable unit but they will need all the dimensions such as cylinder size , rod size and pressure which is usually printed on the side
