For Sale: Dawes Galaxy Twin (Stepped Frame)

Unique chance to buy one of the last British built 531 framed classic Dawes Galaxy Twins in almost new condition.

I bought the bike in '97 from SJSC. It's got a Stepped Top Tube, Arai Drag Brake, the proper 40 hole Suzue Hubs, Mavic Rims, Ultegra Bar End Shifters etc and at the time was their top of the range tourer. My better half & I did a few day rides, toured for one week in Brittany and it's been stored either in the house or a dry garage ever since. It's done less than 250 dry miles. I've now recommissioned it with new tyres, cables, bar tape and it's as good as new, however my better half's knee problems probably mean she'll never ride again and it's time to go (that's the tandem, not her).
