Jack Taylor tandem. This was dad’s pride and joy. They bought the frame new in 1989/90 direct from Jack Taylor in Stockton-on-Tees (face-to-face, no dealing over the ‘phone for them) and dad built it up to be his dream machine with pretty much the best of everything he could afford at the time.  They were long time members of the South West Tandem club.

Pedals unknown but most likely Campag if he stayed true to form,

Rear drum brake with Suntour, bar-end mounted drag lever/handbrake,
