Size large. I’m 6’2” and the saddle would go a little higher. The front saddle can drop a long way for a much shorter rider (and a shorter stem would reduce the reach). My wife is 5’0” and the saddle would go a fraction lower, or much higher for a rider probably up to up to about 5’10”?)
 
Brief specification:-
 
Frame size (front) - seat tube (centre crank to top) is 56cm. Top tube (centre steerer to centre seatpost measured horizontally) is 58cm
Shimano 105 gears - triple 48/38/28 front and 11-30 rear.
40 spoke wheels with 28mm Continental 4 seasons tyres
220mm disc brakes
Additional drag brake for long descents
Comes with bike rack (pictured)
Charge spoon front saddle
Selle Italia specialist women’s saddle on the rear (with suspension seatpost for extra comfort)
Look Keo front pedals and shimano mtb rear pedals
The rear pedal cranks have a pair of holes so you can run them at 175mm or 160mm
