On the admin placeEditList page you can now see the settings of the
Faulty, Validated and ValidatedDate values for the places. In the
Selection box you can choose to list Places that have the Faulty and/or
Validated set and also list them in order of the validatedDate. This
allows you to show the ones that have yet to be validated and perhaps in
order of validation so the older ones can be looked at.
So basic usage work be:
1. Someone might mark a Place as Faulty.
2. Admin can go through the "Faulty" places and fix/delete them.
3. Admin can, every now and then, go through the Places in validatedDate
order and re validated them using the Validate button.
