The booking system for this year's International Rally at Tecklenburg is now open. We have an initial tranche of 50 pitches. Once this set is filled we can reserve further pitches. Early booking is advised to be sure to get the type/size of pitch that you would like.
If you want to stay in a Holli cabin on the campsite, these can only be booked directly with the campsite. It is recommended to do this ASAP as they will be booked quickly.

Hi all, Today I have informed all campers about their pitch numbers and that they don't have to visit the campsite's reception on arrival. All rally-goers who have booked a Holli cabin must still check in at the reception. Regards, Micha
All campers may enter the campsite on Friday and Saturday when it opens from 9 a.m. Cheers, Micha

Hi all, You can still reach me by e-mail until 10 a.m. on Friday 29/07. Then I'll be away from my mail - I'll be attending a tandem rally ;-). We have arrived on site. Please note the bar does not accept card payment so please bring cash. The on site ATM charges for cash withdrawals. In Germany cash is king!!

Please use the button below to book for this event. Preferred payment for UK residents is by on-line credit/debit card payment but the form will present you with other options. If you have a website login account, then please login before using this form as most fields will be filled in for you automatically.

Booking confirmation:
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full and cleared which should be before the closing date for bookings. Dishonoured cheques will result in the cancellation of your booking.
Members Only:
This event is open to UK or overseas Tandem Club Members or, in the case of overseas people, members of the following organisations: "Tandem Club of America", "Tandem Club de France", "Tandem Club NL (Netherlands)", "Tandem ClubVlaanderen (Belgium)" and "Tandem-fahren.de (Germany)". You can join the Tandem Club using the forms on the TC website. Joining the TC (About 10 UKP per year).

Cancellations and refunds.
The rally fee will not be refunded after the closing date. Refund of other components will depend on what the Club can recover from the campsite and/or other suppliers. Members may wish to consider taking out Holiday Insurance to cover losses the Club cannot refund.
