Rohloff gear hub, Separate-able frame. Impressive list of Extras and Spares.
This well maintained, ready to ride, Tandem is hugely versatile. It has a range of seat adjustment to suit all sizes of riders. The frame is lightweight Chromoly and has the expensive extra facility of being able to be split down into parts that fit into two suitcases. It is worth seeing the YouTube videos to give you full information.
In addition the Circe website shows all the adaptations that can be built onto the frame such as a cargo bike and family bike.
Specification:
Shimano Steps Battery and crank drive motor built in as original kit. Battery is 11.6Ah, 418Wh. This gives us about 35 miles in our Yorkshire Hills and much more in flat country. The frame has fittings to take an extra battery (not included).
Rohloff 12 speed hub gears recently serviced. The standard twist grip changer can be amended to trigger shifters if desired and these shifters are included.
Tyres have recently been updated to Schwalbe Marathon Plus and the part-worn Schwalbe Big Apple original tyres are included as spares.
Pedals on the front are Wellgo quick detachable with flat MTB on one face and SPDs on the other. Rear pedals are standard toe clip pedals.
Brakes are faultless Sminano hydraulic disc front and and rear.
The Ergon handlebar end levers provide comfortable riding positions.
Original kit includes a front light, SKS mudguards, and Rack for panniers.
Spares and Paperwork:
Included are a Topeak Beam Rack and quickly detachable mudguards which can be fitted. If fitted these speed up speed up carrying it in car without having to unbolt the standard kit.
All manuals and paperwork is included.
This is an inspect and collect sale. Sadly I cannot offer to have it sent by courier having previously suffered damage to quality bikes.
