For Sale: Dawes Discovery tandem

Dawes Discovery tandem for sale - as it is larger than most people want, who borrow tandems from this charity (Charlotte's Tandems).  Suitable for two adults - frame size 21" front and 17" rear (though the front needs 2.5" adding as the rear handlebar clamp takes up extra space). 24 gears (8x3) and good V brakes.

  This is a good bike - robust, works well, suitable for good tracks as well as for roads, and it has a good range of gears and wide, grippy tyres. Includes off-road pedals, a luggage rack and two bottle cages. The frame has fittings to take mudguards and a front luggage rack if wanted. 

  Buyer collects from central Newcastle upon Tyne, or local delivery may be possible  - as well as a rear rack bag, and front pannier rack, at extra cost, if wanted.
