For Sale: 1995 vintage tandem for sale

4Sight Vision Support (Charity no. 1075447), based in Mid Sussex, has had a donation of a 1995 vintage tandem. We don't have anybody that fits it, so to raise funds towards bike maintenance for the Visually Impaired Tandem Group, we offer it for sale.

It comes complete with provenance, it's done about 50,000 miles in the
last 30 years or so and clearly been well cared for.  It seems to be a big
bike, perhaps suitable for folks six foot tall or so on front and back.

More details:

The frame is pale blue and the only markings we can see are "Swallow".
It has Shimano 105 gearchange 1x8.
Front & Rear rim brakes with an extra disc brake on the back.
Tyres and wheels we aren't sure of. Given the age, maybe 26 inch ?
Front bearing is marked "Hope".
Four bottle carriers
Rear Seat is marked "888".
Brooks front seat
Metal rear pannier
Metal front pedals with toeclips
Plastic rear pedals
Drop handlebars front and rear
Small bag of tools

Given its age, it would be an ideal project to freshen up and bring out
of retirement for fans of vintage machines and remember, any price you
pay would be a charity donation.
