Bikely routes - When you open a Bikely link you will see that the title is a bit strange causing you to think it's not correct. However the content of the ride will be correct. Just one of those Bikely oddities.

Maps - OS Landranger 1:50,000 sheet 182 covers all short and medium rides. The Long Ride Monday goes onto OS sheet 193 for about 8 miles and the Long Ride Thursday goes onto OS sheet 183 for about 4 miles. However for both these the route sheets and electronic mapping should be sufficient to get you through the small blind spots.

These routes are offered as a suggestion only. You are free to follow or amend them to suit your own requirements. Please be aware that the distances given may vary slightly from your own gps or cycle computer.
Saturday's rides are for you to familiarise yourself with the area and can be done at any time. Although labelled Short and Long they are both less than 20 miles. Going to Burnham on sea, 19 miles, and Weston-super-Mare, 15 miles. Take care when using the A370 as it is a fast road.

To download the gpx files either click on all in the table heading (downloads a zip file) or right click on the individual files and select 'Save Target As' to upload the file. Please check these files on your target device before getting to the rally!
Note that a left click will open the file in the current window.

  2. Click on 'Download .GPX file'
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open Gpsies.com and click on the 'convert' tab
  5. Browse your computer for the saved file
  6. Follow the instructions to convert for your own device

For those using the ViewRanger GPS software on Android phones and other devices, to simplify donwloading, I have uploaded all of the GPX routes as shared ones to the ViewRanger website under the name "Terry Barnaby" (TB).

Velocio Trophy

This is  a Treasure Hunt style competition starting between 10:00 and 11:00 on Sunday. Entry is optional and route sheets will be available for everyone at the start.
