Adding a drum brake: how to attach cable stop

I've got an Arai drum brake that I'll be putting on my Cannondale Los Dos. My wife and I live in northern California, which ensures that virtually any bike ride will include extended descents. I'm looking forward to not having to worry about overheating the rear rim and tire.
Luckily, the non-drive chain stay already has a (Pacman?) attachment for the reaction arm. But the frame has no provisions for an additional brake cable housing. I'm looking for advice on how best to attach a housing stop for the drum brake.
Let me know if photos of the frame, and particularly the stoker bottom bracket would be helpful.
